Fees structure (Indonesian Maid)
1.Recruitment and Agency fee includes passport, medical, foreign
insurance, food and lodging, transportation, stamping, documentation,
and misc. Medical fee (FOMEMA), LevifPLKSIVISA and other charges as
require by both local & foreign authority. RM 3,800.00
2. Balance payment RM 3,200.00
Total amount payable RM 7,000.00
Insurance for 2 years RM 290.00
MODE OF PAYMENT
* payment is payable upon selection and, confirmation of biodata and
signing of agreement.
* Agency will collect maid’s advance salary upon maid’s arrival.
* Maid salary deduction: 6 months
TERMS & CONDITIONS / DOCUMENTATIONS REQUIRED
* Delivery of maid (from the date of obtaining approval from relevant
authority) 1 — 3mth
* Maid’s salary (Monthly) RM 550.00
* Overtime, off-day allowance and bonus are to be paid to maid upon
completion of their 2 years contract
Documentations (One maid to a family)
01. Photocopy IIC (Husband / Wife)
02. Marriage certificate.
03. Birth certificate for each child.
04. Passport size photograph (Husband / Wife)
05. Latest pay slip / Income evidence (Husband / Wife). (Minimum annual
income of RM36,000)
06. Income tax evidence (J Form)& / or EPF form (Husband / Wife)
07. Company’s form 24 & / or 49 (Those operating own business)
08. Letter from company certifying applicant position & income status.
09. Other proof / evidence that shall be required from time to time or
as requested by the relevant authority.
* Maid’s advance salary to be made before maid commence work with
employer.
* Cancellation will subject to forfeiture (full or partial) of fee paid.

* Agency fee are subject to change without prior notice.
* All checks are to be made and crossed to Tenaga Era Network
Enterprise.
